Gordon Lewis designed, Championship Golf Course, is located in the resort style living of Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club.
The property offers a full service clubhouse, pro shop, driving and putting range, restaurant and bar, along with fitness
faculties, tennis courts, walking paths, multiple swimming pools and hot tubs and of course GOLF!
After a morning or afternoon round of golf, enjoy some of the area's many shopping
locations, dine at any of the fine restaurants, visit one of the local beaches, take in a boat ride whether it is an airboat in
the Everglades, or dolphin watching in the gulf or go to the dog track for exciting racing.
Visit a history museum, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, the Naples Pier, or take in a Trolley Tour of this beautiful city.

Cypress Woods Community allows only 12 individual renters yearly. Monthly rentals
preferred. Some weekly or two week rentals will be permitted if the 12 month rental limit has not been exceeded.
Cypress Woods assesses a $150 golf transfer fee that is passed onto those choosing the golf package. NO GOLF TRANSFERS
FOR ANY PARTY STAYING LESS THAN ONE MONTH. However golf is permitted at the non-member rate. All greens fees
are subject to change. Finally Cypress Woods assesses an application fee of $100 to individual rental periods.
All rates are based on monthly rates and subject to a $500 refundable
security deposit after rental inspection. Cleaning fees are added to the cost of the rental. No individual tax
charges apply. Small dogs must be approved prior to arrival. No cats or exotic animals permitted. Rates
subject to change.
